We arrived at the airport Reina Sofia in Tenerife and looked for the car rental office. It was not there, where the other offices are and it was closed. No information where to go to get the car, no Telefon number, nothing! Because I speak Spanish we could ask several people and found a space where an old car was parked and in the trunk of that car was a man sitting, who filled out the rental documents. When we want to bring the car back, we entered the parking space where all the car rentals are. No Canarias.com! There was no way to get to the parking space where we rent the car. After asking several people again, I had to get out, drive around the airport and then I just went to the normal parking space and got to the space of CANARIAS.com from there. Nobody was there, so I put the keys in the „box“ of the old car.If someone doesn’t speak spanish, they’re lost! It’s no service at all and difficult to find.
Encantado con el trato personal y el servicio Tuvimos un error en el vuelo nos equivocamos de aeropuerto y nos ayudaron muchísimo nos pusieron un coche gratis para viajar hasta el hotel bahía duque donde nos esperaba nuestra reserva nos atendió una chica que se llama vanesa en el aeropuerto norte encantadora atenta nos soluciono hasta el último problema muy encantados mi mujer y yo con ella fue un 10 gracias vanesa por toda tu ayuda ojalá vuelva a veros pronto me llevo de Tenerife un 100 en trato y cercanía
