Siam Park or „the water kingdom“, located in Tenerife, Costa Adeje, became a real point of attraction for seekers of fun. If you are planning your Tenerife holidays, especially with the children, this world class attraction is definitely a must-see.
How to get there?
Siam bus leaves from different stops located close to hotel resorts and takes you to the main entrance of the Siam park. There is one every 30 minutes, and it takes you to your destination in no time.
If you are going to rent a car in Tenerife and travel from a different part of the island, you can park it just in front of the aquapark. It costs 3€ but the number of parking places is quite limited.
At the entrance you will find a very friendly staff that will inform you and resolve all your doubts. On the main square you will see a beautiful pool with a sea lions family, which came from the Loro Parque. By entering the Floating Market all of a sudden you feel like in a real Thai village. Here you can buy souvenirs, observe a lake with fish or try delicious crepes.
Siam Park – the attractions to choose from
One of the most exciting experiences offered by Siam Park is a twenty-eight metres high “Tower of Power” – water slide reaching a speed of up to 80km/h. At the end of the 76 metre drop you slide through a glass tube in the middle of a giant aquarium full of sharks and rays. This almost free-fall ride gives you a new dimension of adrenaline activities.
Take your friends or family and find out a zero gravity sensation on the slide with a totally vertical funnel – The Dragon. Another one from the wide range of the adrenaline slides is Kinnaree attraction. 25 metres high and 213 metres long winding course literally takes your breath away. We invite you to spend one day exploring onsite all of these unforgettable activities.
Kids will feel like in paradise when discovering the Lost City. This play-area is made-up of a series of towers connected by bridges and nets, with incorporated waterfalls and slides. The Sawasdee, located in an area surrounded by lush vegetation, is the aquatic jungle where the fun never stops! And don’t forget that the little ones can also enjoy a miniature version of “the Dragon” attraction.
The aqua park guarantees a great time for the whole family, including the senior generation. The grown ups can enjoy a Lazy River ride or just chill on the sunbeds hidden in the wonderful gardens or on the proper artificial beach.
To recharge your batteries The Siam Beach is just the perfect place. An area of 9,500 square metres with white sand invites you to lie down and forget everyday stress. The Wave Palace, a huge pool imitating sea waves, is a joy for children of all ages. It creates 3 metres high waves that are perfect for the little surfers.
For those who aspire for more exclusive experience, you can opt for the Champagne Club which forms part of the Siam VIP relaxation zones. Here you can rent a king size sunbed, with an all-inclusive service and a bottle of champagne. If you need even more privacy or want to celebrate a special occasion, choose one of the cosy Cabanas or VIP Villas that include hammocks, shower, towels, sofa, TV and minibar, as well as a Fast Pass to all the attractions and limited all inclusive service in the Siam restaurants.
Siam Park has three snack-bars and two restaurants if you get hungry. You can find here an oriental menu, as well as a delicious international food. Pay a special attention to the sweet bar.
To resume, the only thing we can say is that in this aqua world the time just flies, and it’s more than probable that you will feel like to visit it again and again.
